Percentage of suppliers who have signed the Sustainable Sourcing Charter/Supplier Code of Conduct is 100%

Percentage of suppliers with contracts that include environmental, Labour and human rights requirements is 100%

Percentage of target suppliers that have undergone corporate Social responsibility (CSR) assessments (e.g. questionnaires) is 100%.

Percentage of target suppliers that have undergone an on-site corporate Social responsibility (CSR) audit is 100%.

FSC certified paper product purchases increase for 1% of all paper product purchases year by year.
